Glazed began with a long-held love of baking and a dream of creating a place filled with delicious food and happy moments.
After years working in hospitality, we visited Waiheke and quickly fell in love with the island. Its welcoming community and slower pace felt special, so we decided to make it home and bring our own little cakery dream to life.
Today, Glazed is our boutique cakery in the heart of Oneroa, serving freshly made cakes, donuts, desserts and drinks to locals, visitors and anyone in need of something sweet.
A Few Sweet Details
How far in advance should I order a cake?
We require at least 48 hours’ notice for custom cake orders. For popular dates such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas, we recommend ordering as early as possible.
What size cake should I order?
The best size depends on the number of servings you need and the style of your event. Send us a message with your guest numbers and we’ll help you choose.
How long should my cake sit out before serving?
We recommend taking your cake out of the fridge approximately 1.5 to 2 hours before serving, depending on the weather and room temperature.
Do you offer delivery?
Delivery is not currently available. Orders can be collected from our Oneroa patisserie at 3/143 Ocean View Road.
